Puppy Playtime

Puppy Playtime is for puppies ages 10 weeks to six months and features structured games to enhance your puppy's social skills and give you strategies towards raising a well adjusted member of your family.  This fun filled time will be held on select Wednesdays, check the class schedule for available dates.  Each session will consist of "puppy playtime", "pass the puppy" game and a short discussion on strategies to successfully socialize your puppy.  Participants can attend this one-hour class as often as they would like. Puppy Etiquette
Designed for puppies ages 10 weeks to six months, this class will focus on teaching the puppy good manners at an early age. Behaviors such as sit, down, stay, and come will be taught. Potty training, problem prevention, socialization and diet will be covered.  This one-hour, once a week class is held for six weeks. Register for this Class

Beginner Etiquette
This class is for dogs over six months who have had little or no prior training. The focus of the class will be on teaching behaviors such as sit, down, stay, come, and walking on a loose leash. Problem prevention and problem solving as well as relationship games will be covered. This one-hour, once a week class is held for six weeks. Register for this Class

Advanced Etiquette
Dogs that have had Puppy or Beginner Etiquette or prior training will benefit from the Advanced Etiquette Class. This class will focus on teaching your dog advanced behaviors such as stay and heel, as well as fun behaviors like “Take a Nap”, “High Five”, and “Roll Over”!This one-hour, once a week class is held for six weeks. Canine Good Citizen

This class covers all ten test items on the American Kennel Club's Canine Good Citizen test. Dogs that pass this test are well-behaved members of the community and are eligible to recieve a certificate that certifies the dog as a "Canine Good Citizen".  The test will be given on the last day of class. Dogs should understand basic behaviors before attending this class. Register for this Class

Clicker Training

This class introdues the "clicker" a hand held device that enables the owner to precisly tell the dog the moment they perform the requested behavior correctly. Dogs should already know the basic behaviors of sit, down, and stay. Owners develop their own training skills as they help their dog become more creative. This one-hour, once a week class is held for six weeks. Register for this Class

Kitten Etiquette
This class is for kittens ages eight weeks to 13 weeks. The focus of the class will be on teaching socialization techniques, problem prevention and problem solving, as well as diet and grooming. This one-hour, once a week class is held for three weeks. Register for this Class
